Position Overview:

The Regional Security Manager - will report to the Director of Security and will be responsible for developing, implementing and managing security policies and procedures for venues within the designated region. This individual will collaborate with venue management and local law enforcement to create a secure and welcoming atmosphere for guests while maintaining a strong focus on guest service, safety and risk mitigation.

This position will be based in Dallas / Fort Worth but will also require travel to Houston covering all Bottled Blonde and Backyard venues in Texas.

Key Responsibilities:

Security Strategy and Planning:

· Develop and implement a comprehensive guest service focused security plan for each venue within the region.

· Conduct regular risk assessments and ensure security measures align with all local regulations and industry best practices.

Team Management:

· Recruit, train and manage a skilled security team for each venue.

· Monitor performance and conduct regular training sessions to ensure staff readiness.

· Provide feedback to the Director of Security

Incident Response:

· Oversee the management of incidents, including crowd control, unruly behavior and emergency incidents.

· Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.

Compliance and Regulation:

· Ensure all security operations comply with relevant laws, regulations, licensing requirements and company policies.

· Attend all relevant town halls, meetings and training sessions offered.

Communication and Collaboration:

· Foster positive relationships with local law enforcement, emergency services and regulatory agencies.

· Collaborate with venue management to address security concerns and continuously improve safety and guest service measures.

Qualifications:

· Proven experience in a security management role, preferably in the nightlife, entertainment or hospitality industries.

· Knowledge of local laws, regulations and licensing requirements related to venue security.

· Strong leadership and team development skills.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

· Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
